🤝 Article 3: Shipping Partners
- Bosta: Our primary partner — real-time tracking and comprehensive coverage across all governorates.
- Aramex: Fast shipping for urgent orders and major urban areas.
- Wasalha (Egypt Post): Remote and rural area coverage at affordable rates.
- Shipping is handled through Buy Egypt's accounts — sellers do not need their own account.
- Maximum weight per shipment: 20 kg.
📦 Article 4: Order & Shipping Stages

📍 Article 5: Shipment Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email.
- You can monitor the shipment status in real-time from the "My Orders" page in your account.
- Updates include: left warehouse, arrived at sorting center, out for delivery, delivered.
⏰ Article 6: Delivery Schedule & Conditions
- Delivery Days: Sunday through Thursday (excluding public holidays).
- Delivery Hours: 9 AM to 9 PM.
- Courier Call: The delivery courier will call you before arrival to coordinate.
- Delivery Attempts: Two attempts are made — if delivery fails, the shipment is returned.
🎁 Article 7: Free Shipping
Some sellers may offer free shipping for orders above a certain value. These offers are clearly displayed on the product page and in the shopping cart.
