Cost Per Mille (CPM)

• Pay per 1,000 impressions of your ad
• Ideal for brand awareness campaigns
• Prices start from EGP 10 / 1,000 impressions

All rates are set by the platform administration to ensure fairness — advertisers cannot set a rate below the official rate. Prices are subject to adjustment based on traffic and demand.

Our ad system operates using a smart auction mechanism similar to Google Ads:

Ad Rank Formula

1. Bid Factor: Proportional to your bid compared to other advertisers
2. Quality Score: Rating from 0.1 to 10 based on click-through rate (CTR) and historical performance
3. Ad Weight: Priority in competition (1-200)
4. Relevance Boost: Bonus for context-matching ads (geography, category, search keywords)
5. Random Variance: Slight variation (±15%) to prevent single-advertiser monopoly

Final Score = Bid^1.5 × Quality × Weight × Relevance × Random Variance

This ensures the highest bidder isn't necessarily first — quality and relevance are decisive factors.

🚫 Acceptable Content Policy

To ensure a safe and trustworthy experience for all users, the following content is prohibited:

• Counterfeit or fraudulent products
• Content violating Egyptian law
• Unlicensed pharmaceuticals and supplements
• Misleading or false content
• Content promoting hatred or violence
• Content violating public decency
• Unlicensed financial services
• Weapons and explosives
• Tobacco and alcohol

The platform reserves the right to reject or suspend any ad that violates these policies without prior notice.

💳 Billing & Payment

Charges are deducted directly from the advertiser's wallet balance:

• CPC: Click cost deducted immediately upon each click
• CPM: Fraction deducted with each impression (rate ÷ 1000)
• Sufficient wallet balance is required to run ads
• When balance is depleted, ads pause automatically with instant notification
• When budget is exhausted, the ad transitions to "Budget Depleted" status

You can top up your wallet via: bank cards, mobile wallets (Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, etc.), Fawry, or bank transfer.

🔍 Ad Review Process

All ads undergo a review process before publication:

1. Submit Ad: Create your ad and set targeting and budget
2. Review: Our team reviews content, image, and link within 24 business hours
3. Approval or Rejection: You receive a notification with the result and reason for rejection if applicable
4. Activation: After approval, the ad starts appearing immediately

Common rejection reasons: unclear image, policy-violating content, broken link, misleading text.

🛡️ Fraud Protection

We use an advanced system to protect against fraudulent clicks and impressions:

• Rate Limiting: Maximum 10 impressions and 5 clicks per IP per ad per hour
• Rapid Click Detection: Mandatory 30-second interval between clicks from the same source
• Frequency Capping: Daily limit on ad appearances to the same user
• Fraud Separation: Suspicious clicks are recorded separately and not billed
• Behavioral Analysis: Monitoring for abnormal click patterns

Advertisers never pay for clicks or impressions classified as fraudulent. You can view blocked fraudulent clicks and impressions in your ad dashboard.
