The request has been received.

Within 24 hours of registering the order, the confirmation team confirms the order through a confirmation call with the customer in which the customer’s data and product name are confirmed only. The call times are from 11 am to 9 pm. If the order is registered on the website before 7 pm, the order is confirmed on the same day to be delivered the next day. If the order is registered after 7 pm, it is confirmed the next day to be delivered the following day.

The request has been suspended.

In case of no response to the first confirmation call, we try again with the customer on the same day. In case of no response both times, we make a third and fourth attempt the next day until a response is received. In case of no response, we make a fifth, sixth and seventh attempt on the third day. The request is suspended after all seven attempts are exhausted.

The order has been confirmed.

After confirming the order, the customer's receipt date is calculated according to the governorate to which he belongs, and the official delivery dates are: Cairo, Giza and Alexandria within two working days, Lower Egypt and Qalyubia governorates within three working days, Upper Egypt, Sinai, Marsa Matrouh and the Red Sea governorates from two to five working days.

Waiting for the shipping company

The shipment is being prepared and waiting for the shipping company to receive the product from our warehouse.

under delivery

The order has been delivered to the shipping company and will reach the customer within the official shipping times. The representative will contact the customer to set a suitable date and time.

Delivery suspension

The order is suspended in several cases, which are: the customer does not respond to the shipping company representative’s calls, there is any problem with the address, or the delivery is postponed by the customer. The order is temporarily suspended until the address is clarified or another number is sent to us, or on the specified day of receipt.

Cancel or reject the request

If the customer rejects or cancels the order for any reason, the order status will be changed to “Rejected” with the reason explained in the notes and the order profits will not be added to your wallet.

Delivered

Appears when the customer receives the order.
